Can I buy tickets at the venue?
YES: cash only. Box office opens at 9:00am.
Do I need a medical marijuana card to attend?
NO
Are pets allowed?
NO: Only registered service animals are allowed
Is there an age requirement?
YES: 21+, unless accompanied by parent/guardian.
Do I have to buy a ticket for my child?
NO: Children under 21 accompanied by a parent do not need a ticket.
Is this event handicap-accessible?
YES: Please contact the Hynes First Aid Office at 617-954-2240 if you would like to request a wheelchair.
Is my ticket transferable?
YES: This can be done by emailing [email protected] with the name and email address for the person will be transferred to.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Can I bring a bag/backpack?
YES: Hynes security reserves the right to search all bags/backpacks and may refuse any bag to be allowed in. Food, beverages, and weapons are not allowed in the venue, please see Hynes website for full details.
Can I leave and re-enter?
YES: attendees may leave and re-enter as often as they wish with a show badge.
What if I lose my badge?
Replacement badges are $25 at registration desk
Does my convention ticket include admission to the after-party?
Only the VVIP ticket includes access to the Friday after-party at Kings. Party tickets may be purchased separately on the registration page.
Will Cannabis be available at the show?
NO: Absolutely no cannabis of any kind can be sold, distributed, or displayed at the Hynes.
Can I take pictures/video?
NO: videotaping of speakers/programming is not allowed in ANY speaker session. Pictures are allowed on the exhibit floor, but you should get permission before photographing people directly. NECANN & the Hynes reserves the right to restrict/deny photography/video recording in any area, at any time, at their sole discretion.
