Press credentials are reserved for active members of the recognized press and industry media covering NECANN conventions. Here is who qualifies and how to request access.
Who qualifies
- Reporters and journalists on active assignment
- Broadcasters and on-air hosts
- Podcast hosts planning on-site coverage or guest interviews
- Recognized industry influencers producing published coverage
Not typically approved
- ×Publishers, Editors, and Senior Executives
- ×Marketing, Sales, and Business Development roles
- ×PR firms and agencies representing exhibitors
- ×Company blogs promoting a product or brand
These roles are best served through our exhibitor, sponsorship, and sales channels rather than a press credential.
What to expect
Approval Notifications
Approved applicants are notified roughly four weeks prior to the event. Due to submission volume, you will only be contacted if your request is approved.
No Session Recording
Video recording inside speaker sessions is prohibited. Credentials are non-transferable and tied to the named individual.
Access Boundaries
Backstage areas and exhibitor lounges are off-limits to press. Coverage is welcome across the show floor and public programming.
