Booth Administrator Role & Your Exhibitor Portal
Every exhibiting company nominates a booth administrator. That person receives the exhibitor portal login and is responsible for booth staff registration, the online company profile, and any orders placed through the show contractor.
In your online booth profile, the public contact fields are optional. NECANN recommends leaving them blank until the week of the convention: visible contact details get harvested by scammers selling fake attendee lists and hotel bookings.
Ordering & Services
Material handling, shipping logistics, labour, furniture and carpeting are ordered through the show’s general contractor. Electricity, wifi, rigging, cleaning and catering are ordered through the Minneapolis Convention Center.
