  • Tips for Exhibiting

Your booth: 10×10 and 10×20 booths are enclosed with an eight-foot draped backwall and three-foot sidewalls (20×20 booths have the backwall but not sidewalls, they can be added upon request to Chrom). The 10×10 booths are supplied with one six-foot draped table, two chairs, a small waste basket and ID sign. 10×20 and 20×20 booths get two six-foot tables, four chairs, one waste basket and ID sign 

Important Note to Exhibitors about Rigging: All rigging inside booths must be performed by dedicated labor. This includes truss supported LED lighting walls. For more information please contact NECANN’s general contractor [email protected]

MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS 

Exhibitor Move in: 
Wednesday, May 13, 2026: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday, May 14, 2026: 8:00am – 10:00am

The venue requires that exhibitors enter and exit the building using the rear marshaling yard located in the back of the building behind Hall D during move-in/out times of an event when transporting items that require a cart or cannot be carried by hand. Exhibitors may enter through the front lobbies during approved move-in/out times with small hand-carried items only.

Shipping Information:
Freight Handling charges apply. If sending freight, please set up a Freight Handling order with Chrom for this service so we’re aware you will require Freight Handling Services. This will help streamline the process and ensure your shipment is in your booth space when exhibitor move-in starts.

Outbound shipments: 
Outbound carriers must be checked in by 5:00pm on Friday, May 15, 2026. Please be sure to request an Outbound Bill of Lading for your shipment during the show from the Exhibitor Services desk.  

Excessive trash and booth abandonment

  • Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out.
  • Any excessive materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.

2 Ways to Secure Your Parking

  1. Guarantee your spot by reservation using your favorite parking app: ParkMobile, SpotHero or ParkWhiz

Simply choose a participating location, date and time. When you arrive, you will scan the bar code on the app. The credit card you have on file will be charged when you leave.

  1. Pull a ticket and pay at a Pay Station

Pay by credit card or cash at an MPLS Parking pay station located in various lobbies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will cannabis be available at the event? No, absolutely no cannabis may be sold, sampled, gifted or displayed at the event

Do I need a medical card to attend? No

Are pets allowed? No. Only registered service animals

Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be 21+ to attend any part of the event

What is the refund policy? All ticket purchases are non-refundable

Can I bring a bag/backpack?
YES – MCC security reserves the right to search all bags/backpacks and may refuse any bag to be allowed in. Food, beverages, and weapons are not allowed in the venue, please see MCC website for full details

Can I leave and re-enter? Yes, but all attendees must wear their event badge and use the badge for re-entry

What if I lose my badge? You can get a replacement badge at registration for a $25 replacement cost

Can I take pictures/video?
NO – videotaping of speakers/programming is not allowed in ANY speaker session. Pictures are allowed on the exhibit floor, but you should get permission before photographing people directly. NECANN & MCC reserve the right to restrict/deny photography/video recording in any area, at any time, at their sole discretion.

Lead retrieval service is optional and is priced at $195 for each different NECANN show in which you exhibit. SCAM ALERT/FRAUDULENT SERVICES

In your online booth profile, the “Public Contact” fields are OPTIONAL, and we recommend that they be left blank until the week of the convention. If you have visible contact information in your profile in the weeks/months leading up to the convention, it WILL be used by scammers to bombard your email and phone number with phony offers to sell you attendee lists, hotel accommodations, shipping, etc. NECANN and our partners NEVER sell our contact information or make it available to 3rd parties. 

Any email or phone offer to sell you an attendee or exhibitor lists, hotel reservations, shipping services, etc. is a scam.
