Important Deadlines

Important Details


If your company has a 10×10 booth, you get 4 tickets for your staff/guests. If your company has a 10×20 booth, you get 8 tickets for staff/guests. If you are a sponsor you get 12 tickets. There is no need to pre-registered for your allotted tickets. When you arrive, come to the NECANN registration desk in the lobby to claim your exhibitor staff tickets. NECANN will be keeping track of how many your company claims. Once your company has reached its number of tickets, NECANN will not be issuing any more tickets to your staff. Your staff may transfer wristbands (used for entry and re-entry) but NECANN will not be issuing extra wristbands if lost, etc.

Additional tickets will cost $12 (50% off the price of a regular show ticket).

Move in will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2pm-7pm.  The hall will be open to exhibitors for late move in on Friday, June 14, 8am-10am.  Please note the show opens at 10am on Friday.  Exhibitors are allowed to use two-wheeled dollies and four-wheeled carts but are not allowed to use mechanical equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.  All common carriers must be unloaded by Capital Convention Contractors personnel.  Material handling fees will be applied. Booth Administrator Role at NECANN & Your Exhibitor Portal

Thank you for exhibiting with NECANN! You are currently listed as your company’s Admin
contact. As such, you will be our main point of contact for all communication related to the show. You will receive the digital exhibitor manual from the show’s general services contractor, which will include info on booth package, shipping of materials and other services such as electrical and furniture/carpet rentals.

Once your order is confirmed, your admin person will receive an email invitation to access your online booth portal.

Once you accept the invitation to your exhibitor portal, you can set up a log-in and then you will have access to customize your listing on the interactive online exhibitor map, which includes space for a description of your organization/products, your company logo and contact information. Attendees use this information to plan their visit to the show and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Though each company is only able to have one Admin, it’s easy to change who that person is. Simple send an email to Carolyn Weston, [email protected], requesting the link to change your admin. In your online booth profile, the “Public Contact” fields are OPTIONAL, and we recommend that they be left blank until the week of the convention. If you have visible contact information in your profile in the weeks/months leading up to the convention, it WILL be used by scammers to bombard your email and phone number with phony offers to sell you attendee lists, hotel accommodations, shipping, etc. NECANN and our partners NEVER sell our contact information or make it available to 3rd parties. 

Any email or phone offer to sell you an attendee or exhibitor lists, hotel reservations, shipping services, etc. is a scam. Order Services with NECANN’s General Contractor Capital Conventions (except electricity)

Your admin person will receive an email from the show’s general services contractor, Capital Convention Contractors, with this link to the online Exhibitor Manual:

Login to Capital Convention Contractors ( It includes ordering instructions for booth furnishings, shipping, etc. The exhibit hall aisles are not carpeted. You can bring your own carpet/floor covering or order carpet from Capital Convention Contractors.

Order Electricity Through Your NECANN Exhibitor Portal

Electrical Service must be ordered in advance – the deadline is Monday, June 3.  After that date and onsite, we may not be able to accommodate your needs, depending on the location of your booth.  Service can be ordered through the Sellable Services page in your company’s exhibitor portal: see (+)Use Your Exhibitor Portal bulleted above(+).  If you need help accessing your exhibitor portal, please contact Carolyn Weston, [email protected] or Kris Hultgren, [email protected].  For questions about electrical service, please contact Eli Harrington at 802-424-7642 or [email protected]
