Tulsa’s Growing Medicinal Market

An industry and grower event 100% focused on the Oklahoma cannabis community and market!

Oklahoma prohibited cannabis in 1933, as part of a countrywide trend to restrict it. Oklahoma authorities have vigorously prosecuted cannabis users, sellers, and growers for decades, even using helicopter patrols. After decades of prohibition Governor Mary Fallin set a referendum initiative ballot date for medical legalization for June 26, 2018. Oklahoma became the 30th US state to legalize medical marijuana when the referendum passed with a margin of 57 percent to 43 percent. Now, Tulsa hosts a handful of dispensaries with so much room to grow and thrive! Join NECANN in bringing our canna-convention to the people of Oklahoma.

Beware Of Fraudulent Service Solicitations

Non-authorized groups have targeted NECANN exhibitors (and pretty much every other cannabis convention exhibitor) with phone and e-mail solicitations offering services such as phony hotel and travel reservations, as well as access to exhibitor contact databases and attendee information. NECANN does not sell its exhibitor or attendee lists, and these businesses are unrelated to us. If you receive a solicitation from a third party, or from anyone or anything claiming to be an authorized vendor or claiming to be linked with NECANN, please submit the information to
