Tom Obear played an integral role in the 2009 medical marijuana initiative in Maine and has been politically active in the cannabis industry since.  He has a B.S in environmental sciences and currently is the sole proprietor at Dep-Tech light deprivation innovations.  Tom’s strengths on the board of directors is his fierce defense of small farmers in an industry under siege by large corporations.
