Tara Hopper is a Massachusetts and Florida attorney with over 15 years of experience working in public policy, and she is a member of the National Cannabis Bar Association. Hopper has earned the degrees of MSW, LCSW, JD and Master of Laws in Health Law with a focus in FDA law. Hopper was also a lobbyist for MASS CANN/NORML during the passage of the statute to implement Q4, the act to legalize adult use marijuana, and has been lobbying state and local governments on mental health, disability and children and families issues since 2003.
