Chef Leighton brings more than fourteen years of culinary experience, and trained in the UK, Ireland, and most of Europe before bringing his expertise to America. He loves experimenting with different types of ingredients and flavors to make unique and exciting creations. His passion for cooking and the medical benefits of cannabis led him to create the first ever CBD infused dinner in NY. As a child, Leighton was always into cooking, especially since his family was a very close knit religious family. He was always cooking with his grandmother. At the age of eleven, Leighton was given a book that had been passed down through the family. He read and studied this book, then at fifteen, started working at a restaurant washing up and helping on the grill.
