Katherine McNamara Feodoroff has been practicing law for over sixteen years, fifteen specializing in municipal law. Having served as the Senior Assistant Solicitor for the seventh largest city in the Commonwealth, Kate has a breadth of knowledge and deep experience in areas including labor and employment disputes, labor negotiations, open meeting law and public records, licensing and code enforcement, contract negotiation and drafting and zoning and planning appeals. Kate has, in response to the enactment of marijuana legislation, has actively engaged with all her municipal clients in planning for the siting of marijuana establishments including drafting zoning and general bylaws, as well as negotiating and drafting host community agreements. Among the 22 municipal clients the firm maintains, Kate has successfully negotiated host community agreements with nearly half of those communities, some of which have multiple establishments. Kate brings a valuable perspective of what concerns municipal officers have and how prospective operators should prepare to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Kate received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in Economics and German.
