Jake Zieminski is Founder and President of CAVU Wellness, a MA cannabis license applicant in Western Massachusetts focused on the medical and adult-use cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and retail sectors.

For over 15 years, Jake has worked with a diverse array of healthcare clients on performance improvement initiatives and focused his passion on building client relationships and driving organizational change. Jake has collaborated with clients nationwide, leading organizational transformative initiatives ranging from health systems, specialty hospitals, urgent care, emergency care, physician practices and payors.

Most recently, Jake served as the chief operations officer and partner of a start-up network of outpatient addiction clinics. The Massachusetts provider of mental health and substance use treatment-related services was focused on innovative IT solutions and patient delivery models that were data driven and outcome based, which did not exist in Addiction Medicine.
