Eric’s role in the 2017 Florida Legislative Session led to the inclusion of diversity language in the bill to implement Florid’s Medical Marijuana Program, and has consulted with several cannabis companies and start-ups as they seek access or expansion in the industry.  An experienced professional who applies innovative thinking toward solving complex problems, he possess an extensive knowledge base in a variety of areas including: art sales and events, diversity issues, training program development and assessment, workforce development, worker/workplace safety, community engagement and public policy.
