November 6, 2018 – Boston, MA – [.pdf] NECANN, producers of the three largest Cannabis Industry Conventions in New England, announced it is accepting nominations for the first New England Cannabis Community Awards. The Awards ceremony will take place during the 5th Annual New England Cannabis Convention in Boston, MA on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Nominations can be made online for companies and individuals in 20 categories, including Best Cannabis Innovation 2018, Healthcare Professional of the Year, New England Student Leader/Advocate of the Year, and Champions in Diversity and Inclusion. “The Cannabis Community Awards focuses exclusively on New England people and businesses,” explained Marc Shepard, CEO and Co-Founder of NECANN. “We created it as a platform to spotlight, elevate and appreciate some of the people and organizations who have worked hard and achieved great things for the New England cannabis communities and industries.”
